Garlicky Tahini Sauce

Once upon a time I was vegan. I used to use this dressing on EVERYTHING. It is so creamy and delicious. It's a little sweet, a little salty, and everything you need in life. It can be used on salads, bowls, on veggies, or as a dip. Dipping my Rosemary + Sage Delicata Squash pieces in this sauce is so so good!! I'm obsessed.


This dressing comes together so easily. You can basically just throw all of the ingredients into a jar and give it a good shake. You can double or triple the recipe and store in the fridge to use all week long.

Recipe


Ingredients

2 Tbsp tahini

2 Tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar

1 Tbsp coconut aminos or tamari (soy sauce would also work here)

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 medium garlic clove, minced


Instructions

  1. Throw all ingredients into a jar and shake until thoroughly combine. Alternatively, place in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.

  2. Adjust to taste!
